Who you're paying
Doting is a product of Quizbiz LLC. Purchases are processed on riskfreetrial.org, Quizbiz LLC's shared billing platform used across our small family of products. When you buy credits, you'll be sent to riskfreetrial.org to complete payment — your Doting account, credits, and card history stay exactly where you left them on doting.co. It's the same company running one shared, secure checkout, not a third party reselling access to your account.
What credits are
Doting runs on credits instead of a flat subscription. New accounts start with a small number of free credits. Creating a card or generating a major AI suggestion typically costs 1 credit — the exact cost is always shown in the app before you use it. Additional credits come in packs you buy once; they don't expire and don't auto-renew unless you specifically choose a plan that says otherwise.
Pricing
Current pack pricing is shown live on the pricing section of doting.co and again on riskfreetrial.org at checkout before you pay. We keep pricing simple and don't run hidden tiers — what you see before you pay is what you pay.
Refunds and cancellations
If a purchase didn't go through correctly, you were charged in error, or you're unhappy with a purchase within 14 days, email support@doting.co with your account email and the date of the charge. We review refund requests individually and aim to respond within 3 business days. Unused credit packs are generally eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase; heavily used packs are reviewed case by case.
Because credits don't auto-renew by default, there's usually nothing to actively "cancel." If you did opt into a recurring plan, you can cancel future charges any time from your riskfreetrial.org account page, and it takes effect before your next billing date.
